The Hilltop's Premier Event Space
The Hilltop’s Ballroom is our largest and most feature-rich event space, accommodating up to 140 guests in a newly remodeled setting built for occasions that deserve a full room. The Ballroom features a built-in bar, a dedicated dance floor, a complimentary RGB lighting package, dual 10-foot projection screens, a state-of-the-art audio and video system, and a live event photo-sharing platform that puts your guests’ moments on the big screens as they happen.
The Ballroom can be rented as a single space for up to 140 guests, or divided into two independent private spaces: the East Wing and the West Wing. Each wing can be booked on its own for smaller gatherings, or the two wings can be rented together to form the full Ballroom. All three configurations are available, and our events team will help you determine which setup best fits your occasion and guest count.
Whether you are planning a wedding reception, a milestone birthday, a corporate gala, or a celebration of any kind, The Ballroom provides the scale, the technology, and the atmosphere to make the evening memorable. The space is fully renovated, thoughtfully designed, and built to adapt to the mood you want to create, from soft and romantic to vibrant and high-energy.
What the Full Ballroom Includes
The following offerings are available with any version of a Ballroom rental, including East Wing, West Wing and full Ballroom rentals.
Built-In Bar
The Ballroom features a dedicated built-in bar with beverage service handled by our staff throughout your event. Drinks are prepared at our primary bar and delivered to your guests by our team, keeping the evening moving without interruption. Bar options are tailored to your occasion and can be structured as an open bar, cash bar, limited bar or drink ticket package depending on your preference.
Available Dance Floor
Assuming that space is available, we offer a dance floor as part of a ballroom rental, giving every event the space to move when the moment calls for it. Wedding receptions, anniversary parties, milestone celebrations, and corporate galas all benefit from a floor that is designed for dancing rather than cleared from around tables after dinner.
Complimentary RGB Lighting Package
Every Ballroom booking includes a complimentary RGB lighting package calibrated to match your event's mood and color palette. Our team configures the lighting before your first guest arrives, whether that means warm and intimate tones for a wedding dinner or bold, energetic color for a birthday celebration. The lighting package transforms the atmosphere of the room and requires no additional cost or outside vendor.
Dual 10-Foot Projection Screens and AV System
The Ballroom is equipped with two 10-foot projection screens and a state-of-the-art audio and video system. The full AV system is ready to use for corporate presentations, tribute slideshows, video memorials, and ceremony visuals. Guest must still provide HDMI cord and compatible device.
Live Event Photo-Sharing Platform
For an add-on option you can include access to a live event photo-sharing platform that allows guests to take photos from their own phones throughout the event and have those photos appear on the 10-foot projection screens in real time. The result is a crowd-sourced visual experience that captures the evening as it actually unfolds, turning every guest's phone into part of the event's atmosphere. No app download or complicated setup is required for guests to participate. At any given moment you can view all the photos and videos captured by your guests in your own digital album. Revisit and cherish those unforgettable memories!
Photo Opportunities Throughout the Venue
The Hilltop features a variety of thoughtfully designed photo opportunities throughout the event center, giving guests chances to capture moments beyond the standard group shot. These are built into the venue itself and available to all guests at no additional cost.
Custom Cuisine
Every Ballroom event is served by The Hilltop's in-house culinary team, with menus built from scratch around your occasion. Whether you are planning a cocktail hour ahead of a reception or a full sit-down dinner, the kitchen builds the menu to match the moment and the guest list.
Dedicated Event Coordination
A dedicated event coordinator manages every detail of your Ballroom event from first inquiry through the final moment of the evening. Room setup, lighting calibration, AV configuration, catering timing, linen and tableware coordination, and décor planning are all handled by our team so that you can be fully present for the occasion.
The East Wing
The East Wing is the larger of the two Ballroom subdivisions, offering a self-contained private event space that carries the full production quality of the Ballroom at a more focused scale. It can be booked independently or combined with the West Wing to form the full Ballroom.

The East Wing accommodates up to 70 guests.
Large Private Bar
The East Wing features its own large private bar. Guests stay in the room and the service stays consistent from arrival to last call. Bar programming is customized to your event, with the same curated cocktail, wine, and beer options available across The Hilltop’s event spaces.
Complimentary RGB Lighting Package
The East Wing includes the same complimentary RGB lighting package available in the full Ballroom. Our team configures the lighting to match your event’s atmosphere before your first guest walks in, at no additional charge.
State-of-the-Art Projector and Screen
The East Wing is equipped with a state-of-the-art projector and screen, ready for presentations, tribute slideshows, photo montages, or video displays. HDMI and USB-C connections are available.
Live Event Photo-Sharing Platform
Guests in the East Wing have the option to add-on access to the live event photo-sharing platform for an additional fee, allowing photos taken on personal phones throughout the event to appear on the projection screen in real time.
The West Wing
Capacity
The West Wing accommodates up to 50 guests.
Complimentary RGB Lighting Package
The West Wing includes the complimentary RGB lighting package, configured by our team to match your event’s mood and color scheme before the event begins.
State-of-the-Art Projector and Screen
The West Wing is equipped with a state-of-the-art projector and screen with HDMI and USB-C connections, ready for presentations, slideshows, and video content without additional equipment.
Live Event Photo-Sharing Platform
Guests in the West Wing have the option to add-on access to the live event photo-sharing platform for an additional fee, allowing real-time photo uploads from personal phones to appear on the projection screen throughout the event.
