It strikes that rare balance between lively and refined; a room that works just as well for a corporate luncheon as it does for a birthday celebration that goes long into the night. With capacity for up to 66 guests, a private bar, and a built-in projector with screen, and customized lighting to enhance the mood the Sunburst Suite is equipped for whatever your event calls for. The layout is flexible, you can increase capacity by adding another room(s) the ambiance is warm, and the team behind it knows how to make it all come together.
What the Sunburst Suite Includes
Space and Setup
The Sunburst Suite accommodates up to 66 guests, fully separated from our other venue spaces.The flexible layout adapts to your needs, whatever they may be. We have the layout to perfectly fit your gathering: Rounds for a celebration, long tables for a dinner, or a boardroom-style configuration for conferences and business meetings.
The Sunburst suite allows you additional options for expanding your event. You can increase capacity to approximately 75 - 80 guests by adding the adjoining Candlelight Suite, or elevate both the energy level and capacity of your event by adding Stage 8 located right outside the doors of The Sunburst Suite. Our team works with you on every arrangement detail before the day arrives, letting you enjoy every moment of your event.
Private Bar
The Sunburst Suite features its own dedicated private bar, keeping the energy in the room and the drinks flowing without guests ever needing to leave the space. Full bar service is available with curated cocktail and wine options tailored to your event.
Presentation and AV
A built-in projector and screen make the Sunburst Suite one of the few private event spaces in the area ready for professional presentations, slideshows, or tribute videos without any additional setup. Corporate presentations, slideshows of cherished memories, and celebrations of life go smoothly, with no additional effort or technology on your end.
Customizable Lighting Package
Every space includes a complimentary RGB lighting package configured to match your event's tone and color preferences. Whether that means a clean, professional look for a corporate dinner or bold brand colors for a company celebration, our team sets the room before your first guest arrives at no additional cost.
Food and Beverage
Every menu is built from scratch by The Hilltop's in-house culinary team around your event. Choose from buffet-style and/or Chef-Attended Stations. Our kitchen has the range to deliver a menu suited perfectly to your event.
Photo Opportunities Throughout the Venue
The Hilltop features a variety of thoughtfully designed photo opportunities throughout the event center, giving guests chances to capture moments beyond the standard group shot. These are built into the venue itself and available to all guests at no additional cost.
Live Event Photo-Sharing Platform
For an add-on option the Sunburst Suite can include access to a live event photo-sharing platform that allows guests to take photos from their own phones throughout the event and have those photos appear on the 10-foot projection screens in real time. The result is a crowd-sourced visual experience that captures the evening as it actually unfolds, turning every guest's phone into part of the event's atmosphere. No app download or complicated setup is required for guests to participate. At any given moment you can view all the photos and videos captured by your guests in your own digital album. Revisit and cherish those unforgettable memories!
Event Support
A dedicated event coordinator handles every detail from first inquiry through last call. Linen, tableware, and décor coordination are included and perfectly arranged for your atmosphere. The suite connects seamlessly to the North Park Lounge Restaurant for overflow or after-party needs.
