Hilltops Premier Ballroom

The Hilltop's Ballroom accommodates up to 140 guests in a luxurious space built for celebrations of every kind. The room’s center holds a full-service built-in bar, complemented by a complimentary RGB lighting package that can be calibrated to match your event's atmosphere. The Ballroom can be divided into the East and West Wings for showers that call for a more intimate setting.

AV and Tribute Support

All event spaces have a state-of-the-art audio and video systems with 10’ large projection screens and our HDMI / USB-C Presentation Connections for presentations. Display a photo tribute, play a video memorial, or share a slideshow without any additional equipment or setup on your end. We want the technology to be the least of your concerns on the day.

Customized Lighting Packages

Every event at The Hilltop includes a complimentary RGB lighting package that can be calibrated to match your occasion. Warm and intimate, bold and energetic, or set to any color palette that fits your vision, our team configures the lighting before your first guest arrives at no additional cost.

Dedicated Event Coordination

From your first call to the final moment of the gathering, a dedicated coordinator handles every detail. Room setup, catering timing, linen and tableware, and any special requests are all managed by our team.
