The Candlelight Suite is a fully private room with a capacity of up to 30 guests, separated from all other venue activity. Flexible table configurations accommodate your group size and event style. We work with you to understand your guests, seating arrangements and decor choices, providing a space perfectly tailored to creating the atmosphere you trust us to provide.

Every menu is customized by The Hilltop's in-house culinary team. Full bar service is available with curated cocktail and wine options. The Hilltop's culinary team builds every menu from scratch around your event, and our chefs make sure that the taste matches the company.

Photo Opportunities Throughout the Venue

The Hilltop features a variety of thoughtfully designed photo opportunities throughout the event center, giving guests chances to capture moments beyond the standard group shot. These are built into the venue itself and available to all guests at no additional cost.

You'll have a dedicated event coordinator handling the details from first inquiry through last call. The suite connects seamlessly to the North Park Lounge Restaurant for overflow or after-party needs.

We hosted his party a week and a half ago, and my family still cannot stop talking about it. I worked with Hannah from the beginning to tour the event center in Richland before it was finished and she invited me back to see it when it was complete! She patiently answered my endless emails, and made sure things were perfect the night of the party! The food was amazing and was reasonably priced. Our servers were on top of everything, there was no waiting for more than 60 seconds for a drink. The whole night was so wonderful and took the pressure of planning an event and made it super stress free! Will be planning more parties there for sure!
