Hilltops Premier Ballroom

The Hilltop's Ballroom is the right room for a corporate event that needs to make an impression. With capacity for up to 140 guests, a dedicated bar area, complimentary RGB lighting, and dual 10-foot projection screens. The Ballroom handles presentations, award announcements, and company-wide celebrations. It can be divided into the East Wing and the West Wing.

The East Wing accommodates up to 70 guests as a standalone private space. It features its own dedicated bar area, a complimentary RGB lighting package, and a state-of-the-art projector with screen and HDMI and USB-C connections. The East Wing works well for mid-sized corporate dinners, department gatherings, and team events that need their own contained space without booking the full Ballroom.

Custom Cuisine

Every corporate menu is built from scratch by The Hilltop's in-house culinary team. From working lunches to multi-course client dinners, from passed appetizers at a company outing to a full buffet spread for a holiday party, the kitchen builds around your event, your headcount, and your budget. No fixed packages.

Full Bar Service

Beverage service is available for every space, with programs tailored to your event and your guests. Most corporate event hosts choose from three options: an open bar, where the host covers all drinks for the evening; a cash bar, where guests purchase their own; or a drink ticket package, where each guest receives a set number of tickets redeemable for selections like domestic beers, house wines, and house liquors.

AV and Presentation Setup

Every private event space at The Hilltop is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio and video system, large projection screens, and HDMI and USB-C connections. Presentations, slideshows, and video content are ready to run without additional equipment or outside vendors. The technology is in place before your event begins so it is never something you have to think about on the day.

Customized Lighting Packages

Every space includes a complimentary RGB lighting package configured to match your event's tone and color preferences. Whether that means a clean, professional look for a corporate dinner or bold brand colors for a company celebration, our team sets the room before your first guest arrives at no additional cost.

Dedicated Event Coordination

A dedicated event coordinator handles every detail from first inquiry through the last guest out the door. Room configuration, catering timing, AV setup, linen and tableware are all managed by our team. The person planning the event should actually get to enjoy it, and we take every step to ensure that’s the case.

Vendor Flexibility

The Hilltop works with a list of trusted preferred vendors for any additional needs. Outside vendors are welcome. Bring your AV team, your photographer, your branded signage we'll integrate them seamlessly.

The Hilltop sits adjacent to North Park Lounge, giving your team a natural option to extend the evening after the formal event wraps. No coordination required it's right next door.
