Hilltops Premier Ballroom

The Hilltop's Ballroom is where wedding receptions are meant to happen. With capacity for up to 140 guests, a dedicated dance floor, a full-service built-in bar, and dual 10-foot projection screens, the Ballroom carries your celebration from the first toast through the last song without missing a beat. The Ballroom can be divided into the East Wing and the West Wing.

With a dedicated private bar, and a built-in projector with screen, the Sunburst Suite carries a wedding reception from the first toast through the last dance.

The Candlelight Suite

The Hilltop's most intimate space, seating up to 30 guests. The Candlelight Suite is ideal for micro-weddings and elopement celebrations where every seat at the table matters. Host your ceremony and reception in one warm, elegantly appointed room where the focus stays exactly where it belongs, on the two of you. The Candlelight Suite can also serve as a private suite for the wedding party.

Our team configures your ceremony space to match your vision, handling aisle layout, seating arrangement, and any décor coordination you need. When the ceremony ends, we handle the room flip so your guests move seamlessly into cocktail hour while everything resets behind the scenes.

Custom Catering

Every wedding menu is built from scratch by The Hilltop's in-house culinary team. No fixed packages, no predetermined spreads. Choose from buffet, plated, or stationed service and work directly with our team to build a menu that reflects your taste, from elevated passed appetizers during cocktail hour to a full plated dinner for the reception.

Full Bar Service

Full bar service is available for every space, with curated cocktail and wine options tailored to your event. Our team works with you to build a bar program that fits the tone of your wedding, from signature cocktails to champagne toasts to late-night drinks.

Dedicated Event Coordination

Your coordinator is with you from the first inquiry through the final toast. Ceremony logistics, room configuration, linen and tableware, décor coordination, and vendor communication are all handled by our team. You show up. We take care of the rest.

State-of-the-Art Audio & Video Packages

Every room is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio and video system, large projection screens, and HDMI and USB-C connections ready for ceremony music, tribute slideshows, and presentations without additional equipment or outside vendors.

Custom Event Sharing Platform

Guests can upload photos and videos from their own phones directly to the projection screens in real time throughout the event. The moments your photographer cannot catch end up on the big screen for everyone to see.

Photo Ops

The Hilltop features thoughtfully designed photo opportunities throughout the venue, giving guests and the wedding party a variety of settings to capture the day beyond the reception room itself.

North Park Lounge Access

The Hilltop sits adjacent to North Park Lounge, giving your guests a natural after-party option when the reception winds down, without anyone having to go far.

Vendor Flexibility

The Hilltop maintains a list of trusted preferred vendors, including photographers, DJs, florists, and more who know our spaces and how to work within them. That said, we welcome outside vendors. Bring the people you trust and we'll make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
