How Our Catering Services Work

Our team handles everything from setup through service to breakdown. Full-service catering is ideal for weddings, large private events, and any occasion where you want the food handled start to finish by professionals. We bring the equipment, staff the service, and leave the space the way we found it. The host gets to be a guest like any other.

Drop-Off Catering

We deliver your order hot and set it up on-site for self-service. This option works well for corporate lunches, office parties, casual gatherings, and any event where professional food is the priority but additional staffing is not. An 18% service fee applies to the total bill for delivery and on-site setup.

Pickup Catering

Prefer to handle the transport yourself? Our pickup option lets you collect your order directly from The Hilltop, fully prepared and ready to serve. This is a practical choice for smaller gatherings, neighborhood parties, and events just outside our delivery range. Let us know your desired pickup time and we will have your order ready to go. Pickup orders are prepared fresh and packaged for transport directly from The Hilltop's kitchen.

Full-Service Catering

For staffed events, our team handles setup, service, and breakdown from start to finish. A dedicated team manages the food throughout your event so the host can focus entirely on their guests. Full service is billed at $20 per hour per team member, along with a 20% service fee on the total bill.

Our off-site catering menu covers sandwiches and platters, hot appetizers, salads, sides, chicken, pasta, and main course options, with enough range to build a spread for any occasion.
